The Winding River Rest plan is a single-story, crawl space design featuring a front entry porch and an open kitchen/living/dining area. An expansive wrap-around back porch allows for convenient outdoor entertainment and scenic views. Behind the kitchen, there is a large Butler's pantry, laundry room, and two private guest suites. On the other side, there is a spacious master suite with "his" and "her" sinks, ample closet space, and private access to the back porch.
