The Wando Perch plan is an elevated design ideal for coastal areas and side entry parking access. This unique plan boasts vaulted ceilings throughout, featuring a large master suite complete with a private balcony and an open kitchen/dining/living area with access to a beautiful outdoor living room. There are also three additional guest bedrooms with two full baths, a private balcony off the fourth bedroom and a large panty off of the kitchen. Up the stair hall, there is a media room at the top of the tower that is a great standout feature of this plan.
