The Reedy River Perch plan is a crawl space design. This unique plan boasts vaulted ceilings throughout the open living area, featuring a large master suite and an open kitchen/dining/living area with access to a beautiful outdoor living room complete with a fireplace. Downstairs there are also three additional guest bedrooms with two full baths and a study. Up the stair hall, there is a media room at the top of the tower that is a great standout feature of this plan. This perch design features a smaller front porch with a gabled roof on the front facade, and has a lower height elevation than some of the other perch designs in the collection.
